This site is for the work.It is not a place for anyone to be harmed.
Everything on these pages exists for the life of the Church and for the people it serves: a child named, a vow spoken, a calling answered, a lifetime marked, a person remembered. The photographs and the words are made to be read and to be given. They are not made to be used against anyone.
So this page exists as well, because a site that is open to the world has to say plainly what it is for, and what it will not permit.

By visiting our page, you understand that your IP Address will be recorded, and that use of our website to intentionally harass, stalk, manipulate or threaten members of our team, and especially religious or political leaders will be immediately reported to local law enforcement officials.

What it means on this site
Three things, and none of them negotiable.
Access here is for the work
Anyone is welcome to read these pages, look at the pieces, and write with a genuine question. Nobody is welcome here to watch, follow, threaten or intimidate another person.
The images and words are not for use against anyone
The photographs, the texts and the composed pieces on this site are the work of The Sacred Manuscripts Team, made for the people they were made for. They are not available for anyone to take and use against another person — not in a post, not in a message, not in any campaign of any kind.
Conduct is recorded and reported
Where this policy is broken, the conduct is recorded and immediately reported to local law enforcement authorities. That is a commitment, and it is meant to be read exactly as it is written.
Anyone who comes here to harass, stalk, threaten or intimidate another person is unwelcome on this site.
This is not a matter of taste or of tone. The work on these pages was made for people at the most serious moments of their lives, and it will not be turned into an instrument against anyone. Where it is attempted, The Sacred Manuscripts Team will act on it, in the way set out above.
A genuine concern
A sincere message is always answered.
If you have a real question about a piece, a commission, a coat of arms, or anything published on this site, write to us and it will be read. If something here is wrong and you are telling us so in good faith, we would rather know. This page is not a wall put up against people; it is a wall put around them.
If you are the one being harassed, this page cannot help you directly. Speak to your local law enforcement, and keep everything that was sent to you — a record is what makes a report possible.
